OVERVIEW

Alute SA, with its head office in Durban, KZN, South Africa, provides Training and Consulting as well as Supply and Maintenance services in the fields of Security, Fire, Health and Safety across all business sectors. Alute services cater for client requirements in terms of legal compliance with legislation like the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Skills Development Act, PSIRA Act, National Key Point Act as well as business needs in terms of BBBEE Skills Development, Learnership Strategies and Staff Upliftment Programs.

Alute employs specialists on a permanent basis, and together with a network of professional associates, there is always a workable solution to client requirements. In working closely with our network, implimentation of strategies, training, supply, installation and maintenance can be delivered anywhere in South Africa and neighbouring countries.

The training office in Durban boasts a training room as well as a technical workshop for the SAQCC Fire Equipment training courses.

Alute also ensures consistently good quality service delivery by way of managing the business on sound management principals, documented by way of a TQMS (Total Quality Management System) which is a living system that is driven by way of continuous evaluation and measurement, including stakeholder (clients, suppliers, consultants, associates, staff) feedback and interaction.

Skills Development is not only one of South Africa’s priorities, it is also at the top of Alute’s priority list. Skills upliftment for staff and local communities, as well as ensuring our clients are well informed about the products and services they are procuring, is a policy that Alute subscribes to. Internal staff training as well as specialist external training where required is continuous and is clearly seen when dealing with Alute staff.
