QUALITY ASSURANCE

Alute service delivery is regularly audited and Quality Assured by various accrediting bodies like SABS, SAQCC, HWSETA, SASSETA. 

Alute also ensures consistently good quality service delivery by way of managing the business on sound management principals, documented by way of a TQMS (Total Quality Management System) which is a living system that is driven by way of continuous evaluation and measurement, including stakeholder (clients, suppliers, consultants, associates, staff) feedback and interaction.

Skills Development is not only one of South Africa’s priorities, it is also at the top of Alute’s priority list. Skills upliftment for staff and local communities, as well as ensuring our clients are well informed about the products and services they are procuring, is a policy that Alute subscribes to. Internal staff training as well as specialist external training where required is continuous and is clearly seen when dealing with Alute staff.

As technology and systems improve, Alute adopts best practice principals and upgrades systems and products to ensure consistent service delivery that is current, reliable, relevant and valid. Alute relies on a network of professional service providers to ensure customer service excellence, and thus providers are also carefully selected and vetted to ensure the principals and promises of Alute are also carried across to clients from all providers.

LEGAL AND ETHICAL COMPLIANCE

Legal compliance is legislated and thus Alute SA will always ensure compliance with these requirements like Tax Clearance, UIF Good Standing, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity and others are adhered to, but Alute also ensures “Ethical Compliance”.

Ethical Compliance is not something enforced by the Company Code of Conduct, it is who we are and includes aspects like Job Security, a Happy Healthy Safe Workplace, Respect for one another, BBBEE Buy In, Social Investment and more.

While the law ensures Alute services are always legal, Alute will ensure they are always ethical as these are our values and reflects the culture of our business.
